COACHING
In person in Canandaigua, NY, or by telephone.
Sessions are 1 hour in length until an action plan is devised that might indicate the need for shorter check-in sessions.
Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings are generally open for new appointments.

If you would like to send a background sheet, a one- or two-page description of the challenge as you now see it, plus a resume or vita, Jeanne will review it AT NO CHARGE before your first phone call, saving you both time and money.
Anticipate a flexible process based on your needs, where we:
- Determine how best to frame the question or describe the desired state;
- Assess your strengths, interests and opportunities;
- Identify what is needed; and
- Deepen understanding and explore options
- Implement the plan with feedback
- Evaluate six months later or at a time of your choosing

Rates begin at $50 per session
Sliding scale:
Annual Income of $50,000-75,000: pay $75
Annual Income of $75,000-100,000: pay $100
Annual Income of Over $100,000: pay $150
10% discount if a comprehensive plan is implemented.
Note that if you are being referred by your firm or company for coaching, I will need to speak with the person making the referral. If the organization is paying, we need to clarify what information and outcome is shared.
CONSULTING
Most initial contacts are by phone.
Sliding scale based on number of employees and annual budget.
Only the designated point person from inside the organization who has the authority to speak for the organization should call.
Rates begin at $500 per day for progressive, not-for profit organizations, small congregations and or small businesses. Travel costs need to be covered by client unless otherwise negotiated.
